First time coming here and the food was absolutely delicious, we got the spicy tonkotsu and Kim chi ramen bowl with gyoza and broccoli tempura and everything came out great. The food was hot and fresh and came out quickly. The blonde server lady was great too, very friendly and checked up on us. 10/10 will probably be coming here a lot more often.

Ichiban is hands down my go-to spot for ramen in Fresno! The food is absolutely amazing, with a variety of broths to choose from—whether you’re in the mood for something thick and rich or lighter. The portion sizes are generous, and the flavor is consistently top-notch every time I visit. The restaurant itself is cozy, despite being on the smaller side, and the walls are lined with classic anime artwork, giving the place a fun and welcoming vibe. One thing I really appreciate is the staff’s attention to detail. On one occasion, we arrived just 40 minutes before closing, and even though it was late, they graciously seated us. When it started getting stuffy inside, they even asked if we wanted the door open, showing that they really care about making sure guests are comfortable. The service is fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is definitely one of my favorite spots in Fresno—if you love ramen, you won’t be disappointed!

The Pork Belly And Kimchi And Rice is absolutely beyond exquisite. Toe curling. Mouth watering. Fabulous. Sweet, savory, slightly spicy, and filling all at once. The juicy, tender, flavorful pork belly practically melts in your mouth. It compliments and balances well with the warm white rice and refreshing kimchi. Idk what the sauce is but it tastes like heaven. The dish is so good that you feel like you have to eat slowly to really appreciate it and force yourself to not eat it all in 3 seconds from how good it is. But even that is not a problem, because they give such an adequate amount of food. I get about 2-3 servings out of it and get to save the leftovers for lunch and it still slaps just as hard the next day. Impeccable. 10/10 ⭐ oh also the service is really good they’re very nice also I gave 5 stars but it says I only gave 4
